Josephine Krellenberg, maiden name von Gottwald was born in 1841. Probably in St. Petersburg, where her father served at the Imperial Public Library from 1941 to 1949, in the family of Professor Joseph von Gottwald and Baroness Louise (Andreeva) von Kleiman, a native of Hamburg. In 1863 she married Heinrich Krellenberg (1829-1981). Josephine Krellenberg died after 1910 in Kazan.
